Description

Aloe marlothii, also known as Mountain Aloe, is a large single stemmed Aloe native to Southern Africa. They can grow to 6m tall; with fleshy, succulent, spiny leaves that grow to about 1.5m in length. The plants will become less spiny as the plant gets taller. This Aloe will flower through winter, the flower colours vary from yellow, to orange, to bright red. The plant is very drought tolerant, water once weekly for the first month after planting. Perfect addition to succulent and cactus gardens. Plant in a full sun position.
