The Golden Abelia is a beautiful, medium to large shrub growing to 2m high and 2m wide. It has a graceful, arching habit with beautiful golden new leaves aging to dark green. They produce very light pink, tubular flowers in summer. They are tough plants tolerating drought, salt and light frosts. The Golden Abelia grows best in full sun to part shade with a rich, fertile soil, but will survive poor soils.

Care: The Golden Abelia can be pruned lightly to keep their natural arching shape. Water well until the plant is established (12 weeks), keep them well watered their first summer in the ground.
